We are currently seeking Associates and Senior Associates to actively participate in all facets of the search process. Core job responsibilities include:

  • Actively participate in search strategy; develop target companies for both business development and search execution; obtain appropriate industry specific resources, business development information, and watch industry, market, and company trends.
  • Network and identify top-tier talent and obtain their resumes via networking software, search engines, blogs, printed directories, and cold calling.
  • Evaluate candidate competencies, background, and skills; determine candidate suitability for submittal to client. Provide detailed and comprehensive notes and database information.
  • Assist in driving the search to a successful completion; ensure top-tier candidates are delivered to the client.
  • Role requires strong desktop research, written, computer and organizational skills.
